All ads submitted should contain any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material. All ads are checked by our staff and will be refused if seen as discriminatory in any way.
No ads should contain not any content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark. (For example – the trading of counterfeit goods) We ask that you kindly report any content that appears to be infringing any of these rights.
We reserve the right to refuse to post any ad submitted.
We cannot guarantee an error free online service, as we use a third party website host, any faults that are found or reported will be worked on immediately. No refunds will be issued to advertisers due to third party faults unless each individual case has been assessed and discussed.
We are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on ManchestersBest.co.uk is submitted by other users, we do not guarantee user communications, the accuracy of postings or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered on the ads. At no time will we except responsibility for any ill service provided by one of our advertised business. However, we ask that you report any ill use of our website.
To stay in line with up to date legislation, we may update these 'Conditions of Use' at any time. Any changes will take effect when you place a new advert or 30 days after the policy change, whichever comes first.
